Based in Liverpool, we have been in the Property Development, Investment, Lettings and Management arena for approximately 12 years.

We specialise in city centre and southern parts of the city and have successfully developed the business as a consequence of our hands on approach, knowledge and understanding of both the Tenants and Landlords requirements.

Our portfolio includes everything from luxury water front apartments to quality student houses and also embraces commercial premises.

On the residential side there is not one property we wouldn’t live in ourselves. We are a mature business with an enthusiastic team with a youthful outlook who adapt readily to the ever changing requirements of this dynamic market place.
